Residence at Bandaragama
An extension was added to an old house which was located in a Semi-Urban environment in Bandaragama. The entire house consisting of the extension and the previous components; was converted in to modern spaces. The total project scope covered approximately around 3000 sq. ft.
Residence at Galle
The residence which is located in a Semi-Urban environment in Galle; covers about 4900 sq. ft. of building area. The spaces and the architectural arrangements have been customized to cater the requirements and the inception of the client.
Residence at Pannipitiya
The project which includes 2800 sq.ft of buildable area was located in an urban environment in Pannipitiya. The sloping site conditions and the shape of the land created challenging conditions for the design. Modern spaces have been customized to suit the requirements of the client while ensuring optimum utilization of site conditions and minimum structural components such as retaining walls.
Residence at Kandy
The 2600 sq.ft residence is located in a Semi-Urban environment in the suburban limits of Kandy. The design has been carried out by adopting combinations of modern and classic architectural aspects.
